What are the check-in and check-out times?

The check-in time is 15:00 CET and the check-out time is 11:00 CET

Is there a possibility to check-in early or to check-out late?

You can request an early check-in or a late check-out for an additional fee. This option is subject to availability.

Is the stay over tax included?

The stay over tax is not included. The rate is 1,50 euro per room per night. All other taxes are included in the rate.

Can I bring my dog into the hotel?

Regrettably dogs or other pets are not allowed

Is the hotel child-friendly?

Yes our hotel is child friendly. We can provide cots or extra beds at an additional cost of 10 euro.

What about breakfast in the Monte Vardia Hotel and how is it served taking into consideration Covid-19?

We offer a breakfast comprising a variety of Cretan foods, natural Greek yoghurt with honey and freshly squeezed oranges from our own orange grove, to name a few. Tasty eggs prepared according to your preference on demand. Breakfast may be provided in your room, or we will be happy to safely serve you in the restaurant.

Is smoking allowed in the hotel?

A non-smoking policy applies within the hotel building. Please note : Anyone found smoking or having smoked in the hotel will be subject to a fine.Smoking is permitted anywhere outdoors.

Do you offer any discounts or special prices?

We offer the lowest price guarantee through our own website! You get a discount when booking directly at our hotel. Please feel free to contact us by submitting your reservation enquiry and we will get back to you with our best price available.

Do you offer a service to pre-book tickets at the hotel for museums, boat trips etc?

It is our pleasure to be of assistance, to offer further suggestions and to help plan your day.

Where can I park my car?

Free private parking is available. The hotel does not accept any liability for using the parking.

11.

How much is a taxi to the airport?

A one way taxi service to the airport is €20-€25. You can make taxi reservations at the front office of our hotel.

12.

How do I get to the hotel by public transport?

There is a regular bus service within walking distance from the hotel and a taxi stand directly outside the hotel premises. Please ask for bus numbers at the front desk.
